Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Firat Serbest – Abaya Noor, Senftenberger Ring 85, 13435 Berlin, Germany, e-mail: abayanoor@hotmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may also use our online withdrawal form at the top of this page.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exclusion: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of custom-made items.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

General notes

• Please take care not to damage or soil the item.
• Where possible, return the item in its original packaging, including all accessories. Use protective outer packaging if needed.
• We can only accept returns for products in the same condition as received. Products without a tag or with visible soiling (make-up, odour, sweat, perfume or animal hair) cannot be refunded.
