Standard Shipping
Free for orders over €69.99, otherwise €4.99
Delivery time: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping
Flat rate of €9.99
Delivery time: 1–2 business days

🇪🇺 European Union

Shipping cost: €14.99
Delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on the country)

🌍 International (outside the EU)

Shipping cost: €19.99
Delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination country and customs processing)

Processing Time

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (on business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return items:

Germany: We provide a DHL return label. A return fee of €5 will be deducted from the refund amount.

EU & International: Returns are at your own cost and responsibility. Please use insured shipping with tracking.
