Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business or profession.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, corrections

The purchase contract is concluded with Firat Serbest (Abaya Noor).

By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for those products. You can first place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, using the correction tools provided in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order you receive a confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contract language, storage of contract text

The languages available for concluding the contract are German, English and Arabic. We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer login.

4. Delivery terms

We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the order process. We deliver by shipping only; collection in person is unfortunately not possible. Delivery to parcel lockers (Packstation) is not possible. Details on shipping methods, costs and delivery times can be found on our shipping information page.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices. The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices. We do not charge VAT.

5.2 Payment methods. In our shop, PayPal and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are generally available to you.

6. Warranty and guarantees

6.1 Liability for defects. The statutory liability for defects applies.

6.2 Guarantees and customer service. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact terms can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The detailed withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form can be found on our right of withdrawal page.

8. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor generally willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
