We hope you are completely happy with your order. If not, you can return your items under the conditions below. Worn clothing cannot be refunded.

Return policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You may return unworn items within 14 days of receipt (international: 30 days).

2. Conditions for a return

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
• All tags and packaging must be intact and originally attached.
• Personalised or reduced (sale) items are excluded from exchange.
• Returns of incorrectly delivered or faulty products only after prior contact with our customer service.

3. Important notes

• Return only in the original packaging.
• Please send within the deadline (14 or 30 days).
• Handle the product carefully and do not remove tags when trying it on.
• Use a secure, trackable shipping service – we are not liable for lost returns.

4. How a return works

1. Pack the item securely and enclose your order number.
2. Send the parcel back within the return period.

5. Exchange & refund

Exchange: We currently do not offer a direct exchange. Please place a new order and return the original item according to this policy.

Refund: After we receive your return we need approx. 5–7 working days to inspect it; the refund is then issued within 4–6 working days to your original payment method.
