Returns (Germany, EU & International)

We hope you are completely satisfied with your order from Abaya Noor. Should this not be the case, you can of course return your items in accordance with the following return policy. No refunds will be given for worn clothing.

Germany

  • You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returns within Germany are at the customer's own expense and responsibility.

EU countries

  • Returns from EU countries are also possible within 14 days .
  • Return shipping is at your own expense and responsibility.
  • We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number .

International

  • For returns outside the EU, a period of 30 days applies.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs or import duties .
  • Please ensure a safe and trackable return shipment.

Return policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving them. For international orders, the return period is 30 days .

2. Conditions for a return

  • The items must be in their original condition , unworn and unwashed. No refunds will be given for worn clothing.
  • All labels and packaging must be intact and in their original condition.
  • Personalized or discounted items are non-returnable.
  • Returns of incorrectly delivered or defective products are only accepted after prior consultation with our customer service.

3. Important information regarding returns

Please note the following points to ensure a smooth process:

  • Returns only accepted in the original packaging .
  • Please return the item within 14 days (or 30 days internationally) of receipt.
  • Handle the product carefully and do not remove any labels when trying it on.
  • Please use a secure, trackable shipping service , as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.

4. How the return process works

  1. Pack the item securely and include your order number or return form if applicable.

  2. Return the package within the return period.

5. Exchange & Refund

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item according to our return policy.
  • Refund: After receiving your return, we need approximately 5-7 working days for inspection ; the refund will then be processed within 4-6 working days to the original payment method.
