Returns (Germany, EU & International)

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order from Abaya Noor. However, if this is not the case, you can return your items in accordance with the following return conditions.

Germany

  • You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
  • For returns within Germany, we will provide you with a DHL return label.
  • A processing fee of €5 will be deducted from the refund amount.

EU Countries

  • Returns from EU countries are also possible within 14 days.
  • The return is at your own cost and responsibility.
  • We recommend using insured shipping with tracking.

International

  • For returns outside the EU, the return period is 30 days.
  • Return shipping costs and any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please ensure a safe and traceable return.

Return Policy

  1. Right of Withdrawal
    You can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving the goods. For international orders, the return period is 30 days.

  2. Conditions for Return
    The items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
    All tags and packaging must remain intact and original.
    Personalized or discounted items are excluded from exchange.

    Returns for incorrectly delivered or defective products can only be made after prior agreement with our customer service.

  3. Important Notes for Returns
    Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

    • Returns must be in the original packaging.

    • Returns must be made within 14 days (or 30 days for international orders) after receipt.

    • Handle the product carefully – do not remove tags when trying on.

    • Use a secure, traceable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

  4. How to Return

    • Visit www.abayanoor.com and request your DHL return label for returns from Germany.

    • Pack the item securely and include your order number or return form if necessary.

    • Send the package back within the return period.

    • The processing fee of €5 will be deducted from the refund amount (only for Germany).

  5. Exchanges & Refunds

    • Exchange: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item according to the return policy.

    • Refund: After receiving your return, we need approximately 5–7 business days to process it, and the refund will be issued within 4–6 business days to the original payment method.
